I recently was in the market for a new home. So i was checking the local market for all availabilities. I ran across a lovely home with the picture of interior and exterior and it was lovely so I sent an email to contacted by this property. A couple days had gone by and I received the email that is mention below: “”Hello , Thank you so much for the email, We are very pleased for your interest regarding our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 full bath single family home: 1420 Cloverbrook Cir, Auburn, AL 36832 and its still very much available for lease. All We require are responsible adults/family who are neat and also believe that they have what it takes to take care of our home with utmost care and concern like theirs while we are away. We initially had it up for sale but later had a change of mind in leasing it out ourselves, because agents who we ought to assign to help us in taking care of our home is asking too much of agent fee and making it difficult for us to find a trust worthy family and also scare them away from renting and so we had to put it up at this price to enable us get a family to occupy the home as soon as possible. Please do note: – Myself and my family will be away for three or more years as we are currently in Kentucky due to my oldest son’s admission into the EKU. We had to sacrifice coming with him because I am a man who thinks family is worth it and I would like for my family to stick together. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to setup a viewing time as you can see from the pictures sent to you the home is very neat and spacious for you and your happy family. Please do tell me more about you and your family, your renting experience and how long and when you plan moving into our home with your family.
