Parnell Electric is a terrible new company to do business with. Shoty work and business practices. The bulk of the labor used is illegal and unqualified labor from home depot or star nursery parking lot. Cash. cheep labor. I am a reputable general contractor who has been is business in Nevada since 1979. I will not use them or recommend them to anyone. Parnell electric has only been in business for over three years and will ask for a large portion of the money up front before starting the job. There money and personnel problems stem from Foster Parnell alcoholism. Foster is a 24/7 drinker playing the big shot and shows up to all of my commercial estimate meetings, and job walks smelling like a brewery from slamming beers driving to them. I ran a back ground check on foster and found he has already had two DUIs in as many years recently. 2012 2013 Do not associate or do business with foster Parnell unless you like raging alcoholics and problems with your projects. .
