I purchased a Smart TV , spent $3000.00 on my dream tv, also purchased the Extended 5 year warranty fast forward 16 months later televsion goes out ! I contact Sharp, they say it’s no longer under MFG warranty, call extended warranty.. so I did, they come out take pictures said about a week they would contact us…. 2 weeks not a word ! so i try calling once, twice… 3 times left messages they say they are having network difficulty . and waiting on Sharp to respond!!! what they didnt know i had already started that whole process with Sharp and I said really they helped me immediatley and your giving me a story that its Sharp not repsonding. WARRANTECH is a horrible horrible extended Warranty company don’t ever purchase with them as their warranty go to. We called Pauls Tv for some assistance, we got the same runaround from Pauls who no longer is using this provider cause they were horrible but left all their customers with this horrible warranty company. We paid a visit in person to Pauls for hopefully some HELP and assistance we didnt get that, we got alot of the same BS they made their money it was no longer a valid concern for them. Please please don’t buy from Pauls Tv they don’t care about customers We had to go thru SHARP to be on a waiting list that’s been 2 months already for a replacement with no Estimated date in sight… be careful what you purchase it can become a nightmare purchase. .
