Do not deal with this company, or any other company that Mr Patel (and family) opens. His true address is in Montreal Quebec however him and his co-horts use forwarding addresses in London, Russia, and USA (that I am aware of). I have had an account since 2012, which went through their painful “verification” process, which they request an enormous amount of documentation. The reason for submitting the documentation is that I could deposit money into the account, but I could not use it in spite of their claims web.archive.org/web/20150402061944/https://www.payza.com/legal (Archived current revision April 2, 2015), which still states that an Unverified business may use up to $100 of their funds. After further inspection using www.companiesintheuk.co.uk/ltd/payzacom-1 , it shows Mr Patel has recently incorporated yet again, and has the enormous capitol of $2 USD. The parent company MH Pillars Inc www.companiesintheuk.co.uk/ltd/mh-pillars , has the amazing high-roller of approximately £11,000 in assets. Following is a list of several companies under which Mr Patel (and family) are Directors (whether dissolved or not): Payza AlertPay Damaras Limited, reg. 8029472 MH Pillars Ltd. reg. 6243643 MCCUDDEN-HUGHES LIMITED PAYZA.COM LIMITED 08822957 The above list is by no means comprehensive, however it shows a pattern of instability and an attempt to separate himself from the fiduciary responsibilities that come with running an online system to accept, and most important to the members, dispurse the funds as the owners of those funds wish (bank accounts, or other online purchases). This company under ANY name has done nothing but use dodgy tactics to skip the part of letting the owners of the money transacted use their funds. In a recent conversation (logged), when asking about why account verification was required to use funds when it clearly stated in the user agreement that my business account – even if unverified – could use up to $100, i was met with a VERY lengthy pause, and then a response “we didn’t update the legal document” (paraphrased), which the legal document has apparently never been updated, nor has any notice ever been sent out regarding any such changes that impact users accounts significantly. In addition to this, my previously verified business account, somehow lost it’s verified status and the support staff were incessantly requesting resubmission. This business is a really crooked and fraudulent operation with a single intention to have consumers deposit money, never to be seen again. I am a customer Of Payza online Payment Proscessor on 02/12/2015 I did a bank transfer in the amount of $130 to be deposited in to my payza account on 02/19/2015 I checked my payza account and found that this deposit was declined. I contacted My Bank and had them check this withdrawl they informed me that the check had cleared and there was no problem on my end. I have used Payza chat box and spoke with their advisor on two occassion both times they told me to submit a ticket which I did.I have never receive a response to those tickets. I have also sent email with the copy of the check still no reponse. I have also sent an email to allcom who issued the check with an attachment of the check inquiring as to what happened to my withdrawl no response. I am not sure where to go from here other than contacting my state attorney general. I could really use some help

All I can say that. Payza is providing bad service. 22 days passed and I didn’t receive my money. They just scam me, or there is technical issue God knows. If you want proof, then message me. 20/02/2017 they reversed my money to my card and today is 12/03/2017 still that money is stuck in traffic? If your system is showing, that it reversed, that doesn’t mean the customer receives that amount. Hello, I have been talking to your staff about this for 2 months now. And I submitted Proof of transaction and lodgement from my bank. I set up an account in October and lodd 510 euro to it, then about 10 days later I lodged another 45 euro to it… only to then realise I should have set up a new account ! (Who does that, a new number for every lodgement !) I sent you proof from my bank and someone mailed me back to say it wasn’t my account !!! Seriously. Anyway, I since told your staff… and after about 50/60 emails and twitter discussions no one has done anything. You have my 45 euro in that original bank account, I proved it to you, but you still won’t give me my money. This is not acceptable. Hello, I have been trying to set up an account with Payza now for weeks and weeks. I was trying to activate a credit card with them but it kept saying contact me bank, so I didn’t and my bank said all was fine, then payza said that they don’t accept visa debit cards and to set up a bank account instead, which I did. Now I cant proceed because they are ignoring the bank account and want pictures of my visa debit card. When they said they don’t accept it!! I have repeatedly asked why they want it now and they send back generic emails saying its for security. However a few weeks ago they wouldn’t recognise it. They wont give actually replies explaining anything. Just the same generic sentence over and over, i even asked for my query to be escalated to a manager but they ignored that too. Hi Payza Team, Our client had paid Rs.50, 000/- us through Credit Card via Payza account on 05/08/2017, today is 09/10/2017 still we have not received this amount. We had speek with Payza Team (Atul & Nitin – Mumbai Team), but they ask us to submit the documents every day from us as well as from our client and we have provided all the documents asked by them. Still the payment is not reflected in our account. Nitin told us that Atul is on leave we will call you, but I never get call back from Nitin, as I seems they are taking my issue seriously. I would like to inform Payza, whether Payza will pay me interest on this amount for delay payment to me. I need clarification for this, as I am not at all happy with the service that payza is providing.. I attempted to SUBMIT 5 times or so but you are not taking it. The “Subject” is International Identity Theft using my 4year DORMANT PAYZA ACCOUNT. Urgent that I reach them or vice-versa. I have typed out 2 times already in long great detail prior to shortening my description of what happened and is happening and tried to SUBMIT. You did not let either long explanation go through. Everything was filled in correctly except I put “other ” as the subject; that was because you don”t have Identity Theft among your choices. I have made a bank transfer to my alertpay account and it has been almost 2 months and still haven’t got the money in my account, the only thing i have from them is emails saying that i have to check the detail od the transfer to see if it is correct, i have checked it and checked it over an over ans it is ok, and they do nothing. now i know why they change their name from alertpay to payza, with so many complaits about their service probably they where geting a bad reputation, but if they continue with the same erors they ill have to change the mane again in the near future. I sugest that all of the persons that were and are still being afected buy alertpay/payza do collect signatures so wee can act legally against the company, they keep playing with us becouse we do nothing if we join forces we will have a loud voice. I opened up a business account with Payza and everything seemed fine. I went to use my account one day and got a message stating that I would not be able to send, receive, withdraw or transfer any of my funds because my account had been temporary suspended. I did not do anything wrong to have my account suspended. I have asked for a explanation many times by trying to contact someone at their suppose to be customer service chat. The only progress I”ve made so far is getting agents that can hardly speak or understand English. No one ever gets back to me and my problem still remains the same. Payza”s customer service stinks. I have asked numerous times to have my business account deleted but no one has bothered to respond to my questions. Payza was better when it was Alert pay. I never had any problems with them. Payza does not have live people for their customers to speak to and I think this is unacceptable.
