WARNING!!! Phillip Black Drywall is a total rip-off! Phillip had a huge alcohol problem when he nearly ruined my house. Phillip never showed up when HE said to meet him. Hours and hours wasted on waiting for him to show. He has a problem with the building dept. and any permits needed for the job. Extremely hot headed.
