Unless you have unlimited time, patience and money, don’t let them in the door. After 3 1/2 hours of presentation, we begged for mercy. Even a break. No such luck. Hour after hour, we were bombarded with how wonderful this company was, expecially compared to other companies. All other companies did inferior work, used inferior materials, and did not match services. All lies. Many of the so-called special services are mandated by Maryland Law, and all others are automatically done by other roofers who make no big deal about performing them. Finally, the price: a new roof for $52,820. I mentioned I could buy a condo in Florida for this. Then came the pressure. If we signed today, right away, the job would cost $41,840. A discount of almost 20%. Could we think about it and call him back? No. That would mean an additional trip back to our house, whereas in that time space, he could be selling another $52,820 to someone else. Idiotic. Got the same roof from our county’s recommended list of contractors for just under $15,000. Stay away from Power Home Remodeling Group!!!!!!!!! .
