Precision Moving Co

I hired this company for 8 hours of service to move my belongings to the new residence. They didn’t even provide a moving van since I rented a U-Haul for the move. They showed up at the house over an hour late and didn’t even bother to have an explanation. After loading everything that would fit into the 17 foot U-Haul truck, I drove the truck to the new residence and they unloaded it. Earlier in the day I mentioned to them that this would be a “two trip” move. Once they were done moving my furniture and boxes into the new residence (3 hours after they arrived), the owner, Austin D. Brown, asked me for a payment code that I received in an email in the confirmation for them move. Unbeknownst to me, upon giving him the code it terminated the job! I had already asked them about coming back to complete the move and use the remaining 5 hours that I had already prepaid for ($225.00 for remaining 5 hours). He told me that he would get back to me on it. I never heard back until I filed a dispute with www.movinghelp.com (the website I hired them through). They claim that I terminated the job by giving them the payment code. I was NEVER TOLD that upon giving that code to them, they would terminate the remaining 5 hours even though I had already paid for it! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are crooks and will steal from you if they have the chance!
