Danna A. Flora Laguna Spa Resort cancun Danna Patricia Ramos Danna Patricia Ramos kept calling my cell phone several times and finally answered the call and danna informed me that I was referred to her to get the all inclusive cancun package for $798 7 days 6 nights at either Laguna Golf and Spa or Ocean Spa but I hesitated as she is forcing me to get the deal now . I told her I don’t have any money now and in a tight budget but she kept insisting that I can split the payments into 3 which was a catch to lock the deal. She even told me that the vacations are transferable and I can even sell the package for the regular price which is $3400. She sound convincing and transferred me to the legal dept to verify all my information . That was on March 14 that I paid down pymt $250, then my second pymt $250 was processed on March 30, and the balance of $298 will be auto pay on April 14 which I will not aiuthorize. I have been calling her for the past week but front desk is not picking up the phone . I finally spoke to a guy at the Laguna resort and asked for Danna Patricia but he said she doesn’t work there which is odd because that was the contact number she gave me, so am beginning to think that I was cheated my money and gave me false offers which included two bonus trips to Fort Lauderdale and Orlando but I can only use those trips 6 months after my cancun trip . Bottom line is we got cheated by this Sunset Hotel which the company is based all over Cancun Mexico

I have had well over 10 phone
I have had well over 10 phone calls with this company. I have asked for my money back. I have asked for the hotel taxes back. I have sent them a ton of money for nothing. After all of the calls and emails, they finally had a manager call me to take care of the situation. I explained all of the trouble I had been through with this company. He felt bad and said that he would email me a letter that would lift the expiration date of my vacation package and that would allow me to travel whenever it was convienent for me or I could transfer the package to someone else (try to sell it) and hopefully make back the difference of all of the money I had paid them. He told me to call him back if I didnt recieve the email. I of course never recieved it and everytime I called they gave me some shady excuse as to why he couldnt answer the phone or he was on vacation or he is out sick. Blah, Blah, Blah. I am still waiting for my letter excusing the expiration date. Or I would like a full refund.
I have a friend in facebook and
I have a friend in facebook and she works in cancun as tour guide, I thought she will just be friend me, but later she try to call me. one time she told me that I should take a vacation to their place to see her, so she transferred me to their manager Ms. Andrea Savanna Ramirez who said will help me to get a good deal in going vacation to cancun mexico. Then they try to get my credit informations and they said its only for information purposes and to prove that i have a real creadit card. Then boom i checked my credit account and they charged me the whole amount. its 853 cad dollars. Andrea Savannah Ramirez the manager of the said agency said that there was a miscommunication about their officers that confirms my credit account and her that is why this transaction happened. I knew out there that they are ripping me off. but because the one who refer me with this andrea savannah ramirez is my friend i kinda hold back until 3 days later they charged me again another 200 bucks without any authorization i have given them. this manager andrea savanna ramirez said that her associate mistakenly charged me with a second package. wow what a ripped off. This company cancuneasyvacation is a complete fraud and stealers. Give back my money! i will file a dispute in my bank if you guys dont bring my money back.

A person named Aleyna Perez called me and encouraged mw to buy the package. All of a sudden becausw of her charm and being talkative, i was hypnotized by her selling tactics. At first she told me that the package is good until 2yrs but when i saw the ack it’s only good for 18months upon purchase.I She even asked if i can recommend her to my friends and i did! Some of our friends got the package too and we are all ended up a victim of this girl!! I even ended paying additional $200 because our package is getting to expire. This kind of selling tactic is really bad!!!They will do everything just to sell!!I hope this would be a lesson for those who are planning to get a package.
Premier Cancun Vacations Reviews & Complaints
Cancun Premier Vacations refused to refund my money. I am very upset with them because the information I was provided during my initial conversation was false. Upon attempting to recover the money I gave them for a travel package to the Laguna Suites Golf & Spa, I was put on hold several times while a taped portion of my conversation was reviewed. The associate I spoke with declared that I was not in a position to have my money refunded. During my first conversation, I was given a seemingly harmless and very enticing sales pitch on resorts in Cancun, local attractions and a huge discount on accommodations at one of four travel destinations. During the conversation, I asked the salesperson SEVERAL times if the deal I was offered was or was like a “time share, ” or if there were any strings or conditions attached. I was promptly told “no” each time. The purpose of this vacation according to the salesperson was for the promotional opening of a new resort. I had been “selected” from a pool of persons who had recently made travel arrangements. The salesperson went to great lengths to put me at ease, such as providing me with their full name, employee number, and work extension. Lulled into a false sense of assurance, I was directed to a second salesperson who recorded our conversation and asked for my information. Upon contacting Cancun Premier Vacations to make reservations at the Laguna Suites Golf and Spa, I was informed that I would have to attend a 60 to 90 minute presentation during the first morning of my visit. Shocked, I immediately called back to try tro contact the person that initially told me about this package. Despite being given a work extension to call for the first salesperson, each time I called Cancun Premier Vacations I was presented with a voice prompt that asked for me to enter my party”s extension, if known. I have attempted to do this several times, only to wait until someone else from the company picks up the phone. I was told that my tape had to be reviewed and that a salesperson would be in contact with me very shortly. Since the first set of phone calls, I have had to initiate conversations on my own with Cancun Premier Vacations. I have spoken to several people except for the very first individual who presented me with the vacation package. The taped conversation was played back for me to listen; during one part of the tape the second sales agent asks if I agree to attend a 60 to 90 minute presentation. On a second part of the tape, the salesperson asks if I agree to all of the Terms and Conditions as outlined in the sales pitch. In BOTH instances, I respond to the salesperson with a QUESTION about the travel voucher that was to be included in the package. I did NOT give my consent in the form of a simple “yes” or other agreement to either of the two questions. Under NO circumstances was my consent ever given to attend a “meeting, ” “gathering, ” “presentation, ” or otherwise during any part of my upcoming trip! During a recent call to Cancun Premier Vacations, and after being put on hold for close to an hour I was told that my voucher was non-refundable as was stated during the taped conversation. I courteously but firmly rejected their position as I had in no way, at any time during the conversation given my consent to any of the other Terms and Conditions of the Contract, most importantly the 60-to-90 minute presentation. I will be canceling my reservation to stay at Laguna Suites Golf and Spa, and I will no doubt be told that my money is non-refundable for that portion either. I”m the first person to stand up and speak highly of an individual or company in the event that mistakes or omissions are made but which are then quickly resolved. At this time, I cannot under any circumstances offer this sentiment towards Cancun Premier Vacations. I am left feeling cold, bitter, alone and disgusted for allowing myself to get duped into what is now a big mistake. PLEASE, at this time I urge everyone who reads this to avoid any and all communication with Cancun Premier Vacations and their parent corporation The Sunset Group. Unless of course you are in my situation and are seeking what is rightfully yours.

premiercancunvacations.com/ The company called my cell phone to inform me that I have been selected and won a vacation. I was transferred to Fernando to review the details of the “special offer” and basically you are offering a pre-paid vacation. I had to confirm that I was over the age of 18 and had a credit card to check in to a resort. In the end there was no free vacation or winning, they wanted me to pre-pay for a vacation $500 US per person that I could use at anytime. In addition to that they wanted me to tour the resorts and there was a timeshare plug as well. This was a huge waste of my time (on the phone for 30 mins). The best part is you cannot email them any questions or complaint they have that part of their website disabled, so you are stuck. Even thought it states in their Privacy policy that you can put your questions and concerns in writing and email them on the website. What a poor way to run a business. Jeff Teicher [protected]

I bought a vacation package that included a trip to mexico and a trip to orlando. We took the trip to mexico in october and would like info about the orlando trip. No one calls back… Week after week I phone to no response… If they wait long enough, my time will be up to even take the trip. Maybe there is a method for thier maddness, but it’s just making me mad.

I got a call while I was working and the recording on the phone had said that I had won 100, 000 air miles. I was then transferred to a sales representative who went on about what I had won. I told him to get to the point and tell me how much money this is going to cost me. He did not answer me, but kept talking. I listened to him and could tell he was reading off of a script. He was saying that I was 1 out of 100 people who had won this package today. They finally told me it was 689.00 plus 69.00 and 30% hotel taxes… It was funny when I seen them call my boss 2 days later to try the same thing. So, they just lie to get into your pocket, I wouldn’t trust them.
