BEWARE!!! BE PREPARED TO LOSE YOUR PROPERTY!!! AVOID!!! I opened my account and was approved …so, I ordered two items from Ebay and sent them to my new address at ReShip. Then within days…my account was closed! Now, my packages are on the way and they be won”t be sent to me overseas..now they are in limbo. I called and asked what I needed to do to get my packages and was told I needed to reactivate my account. But to do so ReShip needed a photocopy of credit card (both sides) passport copy, photo ID and a copy of a bill showing my address. A little too much personal information to me. No thanks! So, I was told by the employee on the phone they could send the packages back to the original seller for free but the I need Pre Paid Return Shipping Labels, which I can”t get here in Taiwan. Then in an email inquiry, Kate (which I have read about in earlier posts) said they will NOT ship them back free. This is not my fault and they wont take responsibility for my shipping fees that I will be losing. This sure feels like my merchandise is being held hostage. Perhaps it”s time to contact my attorney general and the BBB. AVOID this company!!! UPDATE I: Still no assistance getting my property back! They approved me, then disapproved me and won”t return my package. I”m trying my best to get my property back and now they say after 60 days my property is considered “abandoned” by their representative, Kate. They are NOT helping me…just sending emails that basically say the same thing. AVOID!!!

By far the worst service I’ve ever received from a company ever! After opening an account and getting everything in order I had three packages shipped to my suite (Suite #K68911). Just before the last package are due to be delivered I get an email that my account has been deactivated! Unbeknown to me for some reason my registration fee was reversed for some or other reason and this apparently flagged some fraud alerts and they promptly deactivated my account without even trying to rectify or try to contact me to try and solve the situation. I made numerous proposals and attempts to try and rectify this situation, even informing them that I was willing to even wait for them to make sure their money was safe in their account before they ship so there is no financial risk to them. I even gave them permission to contact Paypal to verify that I’m a legit buyer, but alas I was unsuccessful to resolve the matter. According to them I need to contact the original vendors and get them to supply pre-paid return shipping labels at their/my cost. This is a big inconvenience for them and they are reluctant to do so and hugely humiliating for me. So to date I’m still battling to get this mess sorted out, their correspondence is also extremely slow, takes around 1 business day (although this probably due to the time difference) and this is very frustrating. Instead of this a straight forward transaction this has turned into an extremely frustrating and stressful event. I still don’t know what’s going to happen to my paid for parcels. And to think I only used Reship this time because I felt their shipping rates were a little cheaper than MyUS.com that I had used previously. I will update this review as things progress. Hmmm. Reship’s shipping calculator estimated my deliver costs to be $112 for a 26 x 9.5 x 6.5in package weighing 20lb and worth $1136 to Australia. Then, when Reship took possession of my package, the delivery cost suddenly went up to $181. I am waiting on an explanation, but right now very disappointed.
