Yelp removed all 4-5 star reviews last month, but they actually promoted my two recent bad reviews ALL OVER the place. This all happened soon after I was slamming the phone off their marketing staffs several times. Yelp marketing staffs were stocking me , harassing me by calling my office, cell phone , faxing and bombarding me with soliciting emails in regards to sponsor listing and pay per click ads. Son after I asked them to stop calling me and I emaild the main office complaning about it, they said ok sure, we no longer contact you, but soon after that , 6-7 of my posetive reviews were disappeared completely. I contacted Yelp several time, I didn’t get a clear answer, so I reached out to my loyal customers who wrote me 4-5 star reviews and I asked them to repost it again. They all did . the reviews were shown for two days and disappeared again. The revewers had no idea why. They all said that the review is showing in their profile as it’s normal and showing. None of them received any notification in regards to the reviews. It’s so clear that Yelp is violating commerce law . I’m not a lwyer , but I’m sure they will get a classaction lawsuits against them, it’s a matter of when. I will definatelly join one, if any. Now I’m trying to remove my listings , Yelp is not allowing any business listings with or without reviews. I think as a consumer, we should have right to delete profile & business listings .. With YELP , you can’t .. Someone should do something about it. Let’s all get together and take their a** to the courtroom.
