Prosoft3d.com password recovery 5.0 advertised price was $9.95 and i was charged $29.95. The password recovery 5.0 program does absolutely nothing in regard to what is was advertised to do. I have submitted the requested rma and screen shot of deleted program page from my computer in order to receive a refund. I have contacted prosoft3d 7 times attempting to get a refund and to date 3 1/2 weeks later have got nothing then excuses.
