I had a terrible experience with this BMW dealer and wanted to share it with you guys as well. I decided to purchase a car and for that, I did some research online. After some research, I came across Roadshow BMW. The only reason to choose them was that they had one of the cars which caught my attention and was available at a reasonable price. Upon calling Roadshow BMW I got an appointment and told me that they have the car at the showroom So I disconnected the call and decided to show up the next morning. I waited for around half an hour and no one came to assist me but then one of their salespeople came and I told him what I am looking for. I purchased this BMW limited edition and was being told that the car is perfectly fine and there is nothing wrong with it. They even told me that the car had passed the inspection test also so I don’t need to concerned about it but didn’t know that it would ultimately turn out to be a nightmare for me. While my wife was driving to Atlanta the air conditioners went off for some reason in just over 2 months. Also, the engine light came on and tires started to show real problems. My warranty was still valid so I decided to call Roadshow BMW to fix these problems. I took my car to Roadshow BMW when my wife got back and told them what happened to which they told me that the warranty cannot be claimed for some reasons and I will have to pay for it.
I was furious to hear that and it looked like they just want to earn some extra money. It’s not even 3 months since I purchased this car and it started to have problems. The service provider whom I was dealing with currently right now was rude with me like it was my responsibility to pay up for the charges. They did not even agree to pay a single penny even though I had a warranty. It cost me around $2000 to fix all these problems and the whole experience was a pain in the ss. Roadshow BMW are cheaters and liars and will go to any extent to make some extra amount of money. They don’t care about their customers and as long as you are going to do business with them, they would be so nice to you and the moment you are done, you will get to know their reality. I am never going there. Think about it. These guys didn’t give me any warranty and made me pay for all the service charges. This is when my car should still be in warranty. Not only that, the way they talked with me showed me just how mentally depraved these people are. Take my advice and stay afar from these guys.
