On Saturday 12:05AM Roadside Towing and Recovery illegally towed my car from infront of my friends Townhouse. I was parked along the curb. I have attended this event for the last 2 years the last Friday of the month as usual. I came out of the home and noticed my car being Towed. I waved the wrecker down he did not stop, I knocked on the window he did not stop, finally I jumped behind the wrecker and he stopped. I asked the tow truck driver why he is towing my vehicle? He stated “” I was parked in the fire zone and never to touch his truck””. I advised him that I was not in a fire zone and he then got defensive and stated that I was blocking traffic. He proceed to tow my vehicle and upon asking how much it was he quoted me $210 dollars. He came back later that night and started to tow all the vehicles along that same curb. He would not let me get my vehicle out that night so that he can charge me storage fees. This company has many complaint and are out to get a fast dollar. Be careful with such companies who employ people that are willing to do things unlawfully for a quick dollar.
