They are crooks. They took advantage of my boyfriends mother. We called them to come pump our septic tank, was given the price of 169.00. When they got to our home, they called stating that there was problems with the system. We ask them to only pump the tank because we had someone else that could do the work they claimed needed to be done for a lot less. We only wanted a pump. They then convinced his elderly mother who was at the home for them to do the work that it had to be done. She agreed for them to do the small repair, because she thought she would be helping they then charged her 3800.00. WHAT??????? Now we can not get the man to call us back. When you call the office, we get hung up on, and accused of harassing. All we wanted was answers as to how a peace of pipe, a cup of solution an a pump could cost that much. We could have put in a whole system for the price of a repair. Do NOT use this company. .
