[protected]@yahoo.co.in i started using 149 plan internet package by mid of may 2015. upto november there is no problem, by the end of november one representative from stc called me and told me about the landline features(outgoing calls for stc landline and mobile numbers free). they told me 99 sar will come excess for the landline usage. but landline number not worked properly. i complaint to them, they told within 24hours technician will come. i wait for 2 months, nobody came. so i asked them to cancel the landline on february 2016. i even paid the amount 149 + 99 = 249 sar every month without the landline usage. because, they told me, if you pay the amount without using landline, now they will deduct, but they will return back my money. but continously until april 2016 the bill came including landline. so i asked them to cancel again. but on 16th may they canceled even my internet connection and sent message want to pay 251 sar. within 10 minutes i paid the amount in al-rajhi atm, and called them. they told me to wait for 24hours. but still it is not working for the past 3 months. but day before yesterday on 12th august 2016, i received a message that i want to pay 439 sar. why i want to pay the amount without using anything. please cancel my outstanding amounts and return back the amount which i paid you excess. my landline number: [protected] my payment number: [protected]

Dear Sir, My land line([protected]) internet service is on hold since 06th april when I requested to shift my service to other place due to accommodation change. STC Technician visited and found there is no space in existing box. I visited STC office and they told me that my service is on hold until.I requested to cancel the service. STC advised that you can cancel service only after 21st May (due to one year contract) without any charge and service is on hold you will not receive any bill. Yesterday again I visited STC office to cancel service but they asked me to pay 225SAR where as in my billing there was no pending amount until 6th April. I went to STC headoffice in Riyadh also they are unable to do so, they suggest to call on 900, when I called on my number its on recording, that your request is under consideration. For just an additional fee of 10 SAR my package will be upgraded to 40mbps plan for 1 year. That makes my package fee 159 SAR. But my bill for the month came 178SAR. Hi I applied for STC DSL 20 MB in 2014 and I also provided my building STC box number to customer care executive over phone. A STC technician came to my home to install the line and to my surprise he told me that my building STC box doesn”t support 20 MB but 4MB max. Then I asked him to provide 2MB and I also make sure that it is 2MB before signing the form. As expected, STC ( is a cheat and eat up money of customers) send me the bill of 20MB. HI I applied for STC internet 20mb plan to my home in 2014. When STC technician visited my building to provide connection, he told me that 20 mb speed is not possible as your building supports max 4mb. I told him to change my plan to 4mb. I even called customer care executive to make sure and requested to change my connection plan to 4mb. But to my surprise STC charged me 20mb plan charges. I called STC customer care about my bill, he told me that my plan has not yet changed and he will raise ticket to change the plan. After few months I visited STC office in King Fahad road, they told me to first pay the bill and then apply for plan change. I told him why would I pay for 20 mb when my connection is 4mb? He also told me it is must. I request STC to look into these kind of issues, not to neglect customers and have common sense.

Hi, First time I am using etihad airline and it”s my worst experience is going on. Out flight is delay approx 30min (10:50pm 16th Feb 17schedule) Riyadh to Abu Dhabi. In Abu Dhabi we reached before 40min of connecting flight but (schedule connecting time is 1hour 10min). Ground staff refused to boarding that flight and mentioned this flight is not possible and you need to take next flight after 12hour. They give me lounge access for only 5hours and that lounge haven”t sleeping facilities, after 5hours once again we go and meet with customers service they give me sleeping pods access. There we can sleep but they not provide blanket, pillows and none of food item. My question is very simple why etihad team not allowed to boarding schedule flight. If it is not possible than why they not provide hotel with complete facilities. As per my information etihad customers complain never take any action. But I would like to share you own worst experience and I promised you in future I will not travel again and never suggest anyone. I am using data sim (Quicknet) since 1 year and is satisfied with the service but after finishing my package I visited STC sales office in Malaz (king abdullah park) and told the officer for renew of my package but he replied that we will issue you a new SIM for new package and cancelled the old SIM. I got this 3 months unlimited package from STC which is SR 160/ month and it says i would get internet speeds upto 150 Mb/s but what i am receiving throughout the whole day im getting on speeds less than 1 Mb/s and during the night from 12AM uptil 2AM im receiving speeds upto 20 Mb/s… So I tried contacting the customer support 2-3 times but no development in the speed. So im not satisfied with my connection speed and would like to have a Technician visit to come and check what would be the problem regarding the speed issue.. Hope that STC looks into my complaint and gives a better response…

I had been using a monthly package of SR 149 per month. Which was included 2 MBPS unlimited internet and land line calls free inside Saudi Arabian territory. Suddenly I received a bill of amount SR 536.00 and at the same time my lice cut off. I immediately visited STC office where they said this services was offered and charged by STC marketing department without my request. How a company can offer and charge additional fees without customer”s request?

I have been visiting Stc offices and requesting to cancel/ disconnect my landline number [protected] and dsl for the past 1 month but STC officials are taking requests and sending reference numbers to my mobile but they are not disconnecting the landline and dsl. I have visited 3-4 times STC office on king fahad Road but these officials are playing with the customers. Even after three weeks they are not disconnecting and they are billing every month 200 sar to my account.

I have experienced the absolute worse service from STC. It has been nearly a month attempting to get Internet for my home. I’ve given my details to three different “technicians” who failed to pass any of my information along to anyone. Finally, when someone does contact me to install the service three weeks later they cancel the scheduled appointment and push it back for another week (7 days). Today 8/12/16 they finally arrive and simply look into my electrical box and say “oops there is only one port working we cant do anything, it’ll take another week”. I have lost all confidence in STC the level of incompetence baffles me. I tried calling, I tried explaining it to the technicians, and I’ve tried patience but unfortunately it is absolutely useless.

I lived in different countries in the world but have never seen worst quality service than this company. I went to their office for a simple case for 4 times each time they had a reason not to complete my request. first time they said “not possible”, second time they said “system is currently out of service”, third time “system is not working” again and just 15 mins ago the officer refused take an action and he asked me to come back at 5 pm again and they laughed behind me with his colleagues. I have nothing else to do rather than writing this complaint here. It is really annoying.

i need help to activate again my internet and landline service but when i tried to call 900 and enter the landline number it i saying wrong. It was cancelled because i did not pay on time but on the same day it was cut, i paid through sadad already. Can you please check what is the problem and activate our service again…I cannot access my account also because i forgot the password already and no other way to retrieve it. I went also to STC branch in Taif Shehar and told it was already working and if not call 900. But the 900 if i enter my landline number will tell wrong number. So what i will do.

I received a call on imo from this no +1646-961-3466 A person told me that I won 100000 riyal in lucky draw. He told me to hurriedly reach any bank enjaz branch and call him from there to receive the amount. He also required a snapshot of my iqama and I was so fooled at that time that I gave it to him. After sometime I realized that it”s a scam. Now i”m worried about my iqama details. What should I do?
