My car had a broken taillight and the brake light wouldn’t work. I decided to visit Save More Automotive for a fix on my car. I entered the workshop in a hurry and asked if they could fix these issues in a day. Their team wasn’t impressed with my fast talk and didn’t think the work on my car would take a day.
I agreed to a day and a half for the fix and felt good about my decision. These guys aren’t knowledgeable and up for the work on my car. They don’t know to accommodate for a customer and customer’s service from Save More Automotive, disappointed me.
I didn’t know what to expect from the team but hoped they would complete the job as agreed on it. The working team didn’t appear confident for car repairs and I didn’t need this attitude from the team at Save More Automotive.
I didn’t experience hospitality generosity from the work team. The company doesn’t offer quality customer’s service and what you would call patience with car repairs from Save More Automotive. The job on my car wasn’t complete in the time agreed on and I didn’t continue my services with the company, Save More Automotive, and took my business with a professional team.
I felt good to have left when I did for the terrible customer’s service and for the no quality workmanship, I had to put with at Save More Automotive.
The company employees don’t take customer’s services to heart and focus on money from their customers. Issues with my car weren’t fixed due to the lazy working team they have at Save More Automotive.
I wasn’t impressed with the lazy working team whose members have no respect and kindness toward me. I don’t appreciate their rude and unpleasant behavior and won’t go back there for a car repair. They have no qualified workers at this company, and I don’t wish to recommend Save More Automotive to anyone in need of car repair or other issues with the car. It was frustrating to watch them work when they were wasting time chatting and playing games.
I didn’t get what they promised, and you won’t get any better than I have at the workshop. Professional mechanics know what a car needs and know to please a customer. Unfortunately, at Save More Automotive, they don’t give the customer priority over other things and it isn’t fair to customers for not having their repairs on vehicles complete on time and as promised. You won’t receive, respect, kindness, pleasantness and a warm welcome from here.
The best working team would have excellent communications skills and punctuality and know what’s best for a company. But here, everything is just the opposite. At Save More Automotive, they don’t know any of it and won’t please a customer’s needs and don’t make a customer walk out of the workshop with confidence and a smile. I know this from my terrible experience and don’t believe in an unprofessional company.
