We first contacted this company, imagenng that they were a professional organization. Naidu and Sanjeev went very far to convince our company to go with them. At first they paid their bill, but slowly began to fall further and further behind. Since our invoices were large, it did not take long before our IT infrastructure; network, web site ect began failing, then Sanjeev and Naidu were no where to be found. At the same time we were trying to collect our fee for our services from them. At hat time, they owed us 40,000.00. In July, of this year, we managed to get Sanjeev to send a token payment, but since then, they have made a few promises, but have paid no more. In investigating this fake company, we found that they list half a dozen US addresses and one in the UK, and one in India. All of the US locations are virtual offices from Regus, and there is no office at the Metuchen , NJ address. When we have managed to speak to Harish, who calls himself Harry, and Sanjeev, we are told that a payment is coming, that never has. Naidu expressed his displeasure in being contacted, and simply said, ” MY parents gave me an education, so that I could come to this country”. He further said that he beleives that if he doesn’t pay, that we should not call him, but should sue him… They are a fake company, so who would we sue? I suppose that the education that he and Sanjeev managed to obtain in India, is how to steal from US companies. I am told by our investigators that there are dozens of other companies that this group of Indians have stolen from. I hope that this post protects others from similar circumstances.
