Sea Bright Solar

Hi my name is Susan .I live in Larchmont NY.This is the nightmare that Sea Bright Solar put me thru since the horrible installation job to my home. After waiting over a year for them to install the panels to my home.I came home from work at 2pm .The panels were installed already.They left boxes and wires,which i cleaned up myself.This was on 11/15/13. I noticed that the front panels were covering my gutters.I called the saleman,he informed me that he was going to call the installer and “get thinks all worked out and that i shouldn’t of cleaned up the garage,they would of came back” One month goes by and nothing ,this is after 3-5 calls by me. Then a big snow storm comes and at 2am i hear a big CRASH the snow came off my roof and landed in front of my house so big that i couldn’t even open the door. Finally they came back in march and replace the front gutters ,which now stick out a foot past my roof. Think my nightmare is over??? SQUIRRELS-SQUIRRELS are now living in my attic.Coming in from under the panels My friends son who is a contractor told me that they should of installed animal guards. Again i call them back,left a message with someone named Jessica.Who told me that she will have someone call ASAP. After waiting a week i had my friends son “put them on and i send a copy of the bill to to Sea Bright Solar..$275 was the bill. I spoke to jessica again and she told me that “My Boss saids that it’s not our problum” I am going to sue them!!!!
