My recent order with Simply Home didn’t go as well as I had read and heard from a few friends. It doesn’t matter what gave me the idea, but I needed a change of furniture. I ordered a beige lounge suite and expected efficient results. The staff failed to order what I picked out from a brochure and wouldn’t accept credit card payment.

The high prices are not for everyone’s pocket. My order eventually went through after the many trials with my credit card. At Simply Home by Lindy’s Furniture the order made did not match the order I received. The staff failed to order the correct color and style of furniture.

The furniture looks beautiful online but not when I had it in my home. It’s a huge difference in a catalog and when you view it online. The choices are limitless online but not at Simply Home by Lindy’s Furniture.

I ended up with poor quality furniture and not of my choice. I was not pleased with customer’s services, but I see that at Simply Home Furniture they don’t care for customer’s services. I paid for something I did not order and had kept this furniture for months in my home. My query to the company was ignored and no staff member was helpful. The prices are high, and the poorly qualified salespeople don’t show interest in late deliveries. There have been no phone telephone calls to me to apologize for their mistake.

I decided to not recommend Simply Home by Lindy’s Furniture as a competitive online store.

The furniture I ordered did not arrive on time and didn’t look brand new. It had a mark on the side. New furniture has that new smell about it, whereas this furniture didn’t have that new touch and feel about it. My numerous calls weren’t important to Simply Home by Lindy’s Furniture.

The staff treated me disrespectfully as if to say this is my fault. The furniture is of poor quality and not worth buying from Simply Home by Lindy’s Furniture. Staff members are not trained to please a customer. It is not a place to buy quality furniture and you shouldn’t expect to be treated with respect at Simply Home by Lindy’s Furniture. My bad experience explains everything about this furniture stores.

Customer service is not good enough for you to buy at Simply Home by Lindy’s Furniture. The lack of business skills showed their weakness in customer’s services.

The payment method is not upgraded, and my credit card was not accepted by Simply Home by Lindy’s Furniture. I don’t recommend shoppers to buy furniture from this online company. I am not pleased with the poor services I got at Simply Home and will not recommend this furniture store to anyone. The customer’s service disappointed me and they are not worthy of my purchases. The lack of interest in their customers has changed my mind about shopping at Simply Home by Lindy’s Furniture. I don’t think it’s okay for anyone to waste their time here.
