Live in skyler ridge. It is the worst apartment I have ever lived. These guys never do any maintenance and if they come they show attitude like they are doing some kind of favor to us. My patio blind’s wand has come out and we have lost the hinge as it was broken. We complained maintenance. The guy came to apartment shouted at my wife and asked her to pay $65 if we don’t find the hinge. There is big leakage under kitchen sink. I have complained multiple times and no one has ever come to repair it. and now cabinets too started deteriorating because of this. In bathroom wash basin’s faucet is broken for last 1 year and it is not at smooth. so It comes out very frequently. These guys always come to apartment and re fix it. they don’t every bother to change it.
