I gave up smoking two months ago and needed a place like Steel City Vapors to get accustomed with new my lifestyle.
Unfriendly staff and untrained staff spoiled my visit to Steel City Vapors.
I bought a juice from flavored herbs. It is a small business and they lack, business skills and communication skills toward clients.
The shop wasn’t cleaned and maintained.
Customers don’t get attended to as they enter the store.
Employees chatted to friends and I tried to find what I was looking for and it frustrated me when I couldn’t find what I needed.
I like the idea of having herbs and it sounded healthy from nature.
People didn’t offer to help me find the flavored dried herbs vapor, and they sat and talked and ignored me waiting for their help for the vapors.
Their customer service is the worst I have had from any other store. No one attended to me and I didn\’t get what I came for at the store.
At Steel City Vapors they don’t prioritize customer service. It is terrible to pay no attention to what a customer wants to buy from the store. I couldn\’t find the vapors I needed, and no one tried to inform me of the various products sold at Steel City Vapors.
It is an adult place and not for anyone under the age of eighteen.
No law-abiding in this store. They take money from every age.
It is convenient to shop at other stores and find new vapors in other competitive stores.
A lack of customer\’s service and the low maintained store didn’t provide for my needs and it isn\’t what I had expected from Steel City Vapors. Staff members have no clue of the product, knowledge is poor of the surrounding region of where the herbs come from.
Employees aren\’t confident to explain in detail the product in need of purchase. In the store, you won\’t find items packed on shelves neat and tidy. There are always limited stocks available and lack of amenities leaves a small part of the store in ruins.
I tasted the vapors from the dried herbs bought at Steel City Vapors.
It is disappointing and I don’t feel satisfied with the vapor’s flavors.
The owners and employees didn’t make my purchase quick and efficient. There was no information about the vapor products and I didn\’t find the services excellent. Employees ignore customers and that’s the worst trait they can have toward customers.
Low quality of vapor taste and low quality of the product used in e-juices and coils. Nothing in this place impressed me or made me feel it is top-notch.
Everything I experienced didn’t make me feel good of my purchases. I don’t recommend Steel City Vapors to others for the negative experience I had.
I regret going there to have had such an ordeal to buy vapors. You shouldn’t waste your money on vapors for the bad quality of products.
