It’s not just their name that is spelt wrong, but also the kind of professionalism they claim to have that is wrong. Really, my company is still not registered and it’s been over 3 months since I have registered with them and paid them, and that too full and in advance. I really think that would be the first and last bad decision in business that I make. If you have ever started your own business, you know the jitters. Yes it’s all exciting and all independence and all growth and everything glittery that people talk to you about. But it’s more than that. It’s just like being a parent. You are pretty much responsible for everything your baby goes through when it is very young and you are the boss. And the paperwork is probably more difficult than deciding on the pricing and the sales model, or even the investor pitch maybe. And that is why people like me, who have an idea and want to start their business as soon as possible, without wasting time and energy over documentation of the business, go to company like Swyft Filings for help. And they screwed it up big time. I guess they are new company too, because my guess is that they only have three employees, and all of them are always in training. Yes. I called up and spoke to person A. Next week, I called up again to get an update and got to know that I was talking to person B as A was in training. She informed me she will be updating me in 3 days. I give her that. On the 4th day, person C picks up my call and informs that B has gone on training with A now. I just gave up then and there.
