I was contacted in febuary by James,Kila who offered me 10 Million. Just yesterday him & Williams Osaga were suppose to finish the transfer but now the Brent Cross Bank in London is wanting an anti-terrorist certificate and wanting more money for it. I want my $6,800.00 back or the transfer to be completed. My uncle George had to die and start all this caos. Please let me know if they are real or fraud. Berndette Baker City, OregonU.S.A.
