The Dragon and The Rose

The Dragon and The Rose is a place for discreetness. I don’t appreciate the bad attitude I got from the staff members. These behaviors reminded me of intoxicated people.
I noticed the unusual behaviors when I asked for help to one of the employees. They had a slur in their speech and couldn’t explain the products on the shelf.
The business is running on a thread of bad services.
It has no plan and organization, and the staff doesn’t care for the improvement of the customer service.
They didn’t bother to show me the special prices of the day and ignored my questions about certain products on the shelf.
A disappointment with the bad selection of products at The Dragon and The Rose and I didn’t find the staff members helpful or friendly toward me.
People are slow in customer’s service and don’t prioritize the business services. No need to support this type of business.
The moment I walked into the store I felt an uneasiness in myself.
Items aren\’t as they say in advertisements.
The Dragon and The Rose is a fake for clientele.
Card readings don\’t have classes and products provided to the public are of no value to clients.
A bad customer attitude is a reason for no clients at the shop. It is a quiet and small shop with a poor selection of products and charms offered to clients.
I put up with unfriendly people at the Dragon and The Rose far too many times.
This place is no special place for clients in search of card readings or products for spiritual healing.
I expected books, tarot reading cards, crystals and candles, the smell of herbs burning and incense, lots of tarot cards and information of the process at the Dragon and The Rose. I found it boring spending time at this store, and insufficient stock to keep a client in there for an hour.
Candles weren’t burning, and no sense of spiritual healing or truth in card reading. The poor management and poor knowledge of staff members didn’t help with my sessions.
A bad selection of herbs and candles are of poor quality. The candles are soft and break easily on the ends. It shows me no low quality of products sold to clients.
I don’t recommend The Dragon and The Rose of the terrible experience I had there.
It was my third visit to the store, and I had experienced a bad impression from the moment I entered, and this leaves me dissatisfied in my visit and experience from there.
I didn’t feel the need to go back there and have that bad experience again. There was no feeling of spiritual needs at The Dragon and The Rose and it made me feel unwanted there.
I expected a spiritual feel and different scenario at The Dragon and Rose but in my experience, I felt nothing of that sort.
Nature of that type of store should make you feel spiritual and for me, it was nothing but unpleasant and unfriendly, and a disappointment.
