Time Payment Corp.

Do not do business with this company. They a re a rip off fraudulent company. They sent out another company to force us to upgrade our equipment and sign a new lease. When we refused the scammer disabled our business security system. We called Time Payment for months (the scam company could not be located). They never were able to get us an equipment fix so our business went without security protection for over 6 months. Finally we contacted a reputable company ADT and they replaced all equipment. I contacted Time payment to et an address to send the equipment back and they said they were going to turn us into the credit bureau for stopping our lease payments. I explained that I had tried for months to resolve the issue and would not have had to get new equipment if their equipment was still working. They said they didn’t care that we were still under lease and that our problem was with the other company. I said they have to know the companies that are out there representing them and signing people up for leases, and that I absolutely wasn’t paying anymore for a service that wasn’t working (I had already paid on 6 months of service that wasn’t connected!) The man on the phone told me “to put a lid on it”” when I was explaining my situation for the 8th time. I was obviously upset and said I wanted to send their equipment back and never deal with them again and he hung up on me. They do not care about their customers or their reputation. They are a total scam and disreputable company
