Tittle Brothers Construction

I signed a contract with Tittle Brothers Construction to replace my roof which was damaged by storm on March 2019. They came when I was at work. When I came home from work I found that a crew was working on the roof. I noticed that the crew was fixing shingles to the wood. There was no padding over the wood which was actually plywood. I was too upset and tried to speak to the person in charge and the crew but no one cared to listen. I called the salesman who didn’t bother to answer my call. I called Tittle Brothers office but as their answering machine was not working I couldn’t leave a message. I called the project manager and explained to him about the problem. He went to talk to the crew. The in charge came down and told me that they were doing a great job and I didn’t have to worry about it. They know their job better than me was their version. They started using padding from then on. But no tar paper or whatever it is called was used. After completion I applied for Inspector’s Certificate. The job has not yet passed inspection because of poor work. I have hired another company now to inspect the job and make it ok. They found 47 nails not fitted properly with the shingles and new shingles improperly cut and left that way. They found that the vent caps were missing, drip edge was loose, and shingles were nailed carelessly and were not in their place. They said that there were 70 different areas to be repaired again as the damages were still there. I had to pay 15000 for the repair work of my roof already and now I will have to pay more to get a new roof.
