I worked with Top Test Prep for several months working with a single student. We had an agreed upon pay rate and everything was good at the beginning. However, after working nearly 20 hours with a student in the last month before her exam, they failed to give me my final payment. I contacted them to make them aware of their error, and they assured me that they were changing their accounting system and that the check would be issued within a couple weeks. I waited a couple weeks, and did not receive any payment. I contacted them again, and they assured me that I would get it within a month. Once again, I waited, and no check was delivered. They have stopped responding to all of my e-mails and calls. I am owed nearly $1000, and cannot even get a response from this company. Given their shady business tactics, I would NOT recommend this company to any tutor or student. Stay away! If they are willing to treat their tutors this terribly, I can only imagine how much they take advantage of their students! .
