I wanted to go for waxing before my wedding day, since it was my first time I had no idea about it and how it is done. I did a lot of research to choose the best-medicated spa for the purpose and it was very confusing choosing the best spa from all over the city. I zeroed down to the Touch Discount Day Spa for my waxing. I made an appointment with them over a phone call and was appointed for the next day. I went into the place before time as mentioned in their online webpage. The staff member was not friendly and communicative and I didn’t feel comfortable out there in between them. I then went up to the receptionist to talk about the appointment I made last night, she said that I had to wait for an hour because there were customers online already. There was no use of making an appointment before-hand. It didn’t benefit me in any way. I was called upon by the therapist for my waxing process. I thought that it would be done very easily by professional workers. I was laid upon the bed and a liquid was applied all over my body, it was then left to harden up. The therapist came after an hour and I could barely move because of the solid particles all over my body. She then started with my legs and she ripped the solid particle so hard that I jumped off the bed and screamed. The particle was not smoothly removed and few of it was leftover my skin which would cause a tremendous amount of pain if touched. She then did the same with my hands and I nearly cried to make her understand the amount of pain it caused. She was merciless and did the same with my face too. My face had acne and she peeled off the solid skin out of it and all the pores started bleeding. I could not even explain the amount of pain caused by doing it. It proved to be a living hell here for me because of the unprofessional treatment done in the Touch Discount Day Spa. I asked the manager about the therapist after the waxing was done and it came to my knowledge that she was a newcomer and a learner and I was her 2nd customer. It was the least I could expect for a reputed spa centre. I came back home and checked the condition of my skin, it was blood all over with wounds. My skin turned blue and my legs were numb. My face was destroyed and I looked very ugly. I had to go for a facial to look better. I would never turn back to the Touch Discount Day Spa, they are the worst possible spa in the city. I still regret getting my waxing done there. Some of the skin surfaces still hurt awfully whenever touched. You can come to this place if you want your skin to feel the extreme pain and make it weaker.
