My wife and I rented an apartment at 324 Calapooia Albany OR where we put up $1175 security deposit then when we moved out we made sure the apartment was cleaner than we moved in plus made sure there were no maintenance issues. then they gave us the run a round when we wanted to hand in our keys. then finally Gina the agent out of the Corvalis office says there is no security deposit on file for you guys. So we of course contacted the owner at the time and she showed documentation. so now this is goint to go small claims plus I`m going to push criminal and class action because there are many other people out there with the same story.
