On May 24th my wife and I headed out from Sunapee NH to see a 311 excavator that we had made arrangements with Mike to see. We drove 7 and 1/2 hours to get there and when we were there we made a deal with mike over the phone for a final price which we both agreed upon. He was busy across town and couldnt meet. Then we drove all the way home right after another 7 1/2 hours….so we got home at 3 am after leaving our house at 11 am the previous day. That following Monday we emailed Mike for a bill of sale so that we could gather our funds and prepare the wire transfer. He said he would provide the bank routing numbers…tuesday emailed him…called him for the Bill of sale nothing. Wednesday called him. WE told him we were coming friday nite into sat with my delivery truck to get the machine Sat morning and drive home with it. Put the dogs into the kennel, got a bank ck and tried to confirm our arrangement Friday afternoon only to finally get him on the phone to inform me that the Cat dealer offered him 5 grand more and he took it essentially selling the machine out from under me. So I called my local Cat dealer which is Hopkinton Milton Cat and they called the Buffalo MIlton Cat affiliate and they had no knoledge of any transaction involving this machine. So the guy is a fink. A lying weasel who is out for himself and not a man of his word. Do not conduct buisness with this dude. Its the only way that he will get the picture taht his behavior is not going to be tolerated by the market. He was impossible to get ahold of from the beginning, he doesnt return emails or phone calls and doesnt do what he says. Do not trust him at all.
