UZ Auto Trans Inc.

I had a terrible experience with UZ Auto Trans Inc. The claims to be one of the oldest and trusted transported in town but since I have done business with them I can assure that all the claims they have made are lies. Their customer service sucks and their staffs are untrained and unprofessional. They will try to blame their customers when things go wrong and will not be going to accept their mistake. When their driver reached to pick up my car, he requested for the cashier check to be given to him, however, the contract says that it would be exchanged with UZ only. I got a text from them which said that my vehicle is on its way. I also received the driver’s number on which I contacted him and he gave me an estimated time of around 2:30 on Saturday. Then on Saturday my vehicle was not delivered and the driver was not picking up my call and I could not call their office since it was closed on Saturday after 2. My car was not even picked up by the driver until now and it was left at the yard, I had plans which I had to cancel so that I can receive my car and make sure I am at my home. I got the driver’s number who was expected to show up on Saturday but it was Sunday and he still didn’t show up. I called the driver upon which he didn’t apologize to me for wasting my time and I told him to get me a refund for wasting my time but he argued that he has already delivered the car not sure on which address he got it delivered but he then played this blame game and puts all the fault on his office that he was not given the correct address. I did not want to cancel more of my plans and work so I decided to book an uber and get to my car. The company did not even say sorry to me nor offered me any type of discounts, no sorry nothing. I think things can actually go wrong in uncertain ways in business but the company must make sure that the delivery is on time. If for some reasons it’s not made on time then they should come up and apologize person in person just to show that the customer is their top priority. But companies like UZ Auto Trans Inc are money-making machines who will try to rip you off. I will not going to do any business with this company again and will make sure that they pay every single penny for what they did with me. I recommend you guys to stay away from such filths because all they are going to do is to waste your time and money and you will end up regretting yourself as I did.
