So I purchased the Wen hair products for my wife as a gift to try out. During the purchase process, I purposely looked for signs where it would state that this is a recurring purchase so I could opt out. THERE WAS NO OPT OUT OR SIGN. So we made the purchase and my wife got the product to try along with another gift from Sheer Cover (Which I willl be filling ANOTHER report). Product was nice but not great and not worth the price. This month, our bank balance was low, so this company started blasting my account with charges. This resulted in my account getting blocked and ALL my charges failing. I called the bank to find out why my account was blocked and lo and behold there is a recurring charge from Gunthy Renker. I called the company up and asked that the account be cancelled and I did not want ANY more charges. They assured me that there were no more charges coming out and that the account was at a zero balance. I would not hear from them again. This afternoon, I log into my bank account and found a CHARGE from Chaz Dean AND Sheer Cover. I called them both up and they both told me it was a mistake and have the bank just do a stop payment. The Bank can’t do a stop payment unless the company gives them an authorization code. Company can’t give an authorization code, only billing can. Onlly thing they can do is send a message to billing and billing will get back to me in 3-5 business days. Now here’s the fun part. If the charge clears through, then I have to fax them a bank statement AND then FIGHT with them some more to get it cleared. Because by the time they get back to me, it will be to late. Their customer service is a joke. They’re HORRIBLE people and they can’t understand a single damn thing you ask of them. I’m calling my bank again but DO NOT purchase from these folks unless you want to pay overpriced fees for a mediocre product and then get locked into a never ending battle to NOT have to continually pay for it. I DEEPLY regret purchasing this. I will NEVER purchase anything from any Gunthy Renker company again and I will be posting messages on all available channels to ensure the message gets out. .
