Wildwood Adventure Park is supposed to be a place to explore and get to know more about nature.

I enjoyed a walk in the woods now and again and decided to book the trip for another adventure. It was okay at the start when everyone got together and went on small trails.

They say treats are available for kids but disappointing for kids. No snacks and a small rate are charged.

A fun experience for the kid and I did not enjoy this adventure.

I am courageous about such trips, but this trip made me feel unsafe. The guides were awful!

The two tour guides were not helpful to us. They sat and watched while I prepared the meals.

They were not knowledgeable, were unfriendly, somewhat temperamental and made the trip most unpleasant at Wildwood Adventure Park. It was an adventurous trip but not much to go on with two less active tour guides.

I went for two zipped lines and felt nervous and after two zip lines, I felt no fear and had a fear of falling but felt safe when I was snugly fitted into the harness.

Two tour guides were not friendly and not eager to zip line.

At the entrance, the gate was locked and had to wait a half an hour for someone to open the gate and that is not a pleasant experience.

Our tour guides did not give me a moment to enjoy the trip at Wildwood Adventure Park.

The staff was unpleasant toward us. An adventurous trip and zipping is a great experience. The people I encountered on the trip were not friendly, not unpleasant, nor informative of the trip.

I don’t recommend this trip for the lack of information from tour guides and paid for good service and did not get knowledgeable tour guides. An expensive rate for two tour guides and not one of the guides was professional at zipping and did not try to make our trip a success.

I am not pleased with the staff at Wildwood Adventure Park. They sent me unprofessional tour guides. The rude and unwelcoming feeling I had from the tour guides disappointed the trip. I expected an outdoor adventure for well-informed people. I enjoyed the adventure and not afraid to go zipping. I did not enjoy the company of two unprofessional tour guides. The zipping did not interest the tour guides.

I felt a relief to have done two zipping lines. I do not recommend Wildwood Adventure Park for the lack of intelligent staff. I did not get my value back and will not recommend this company for the lack of excellent services. I am not impressed at the poor knowledge of two tour guides presented to us from Wildwood Adventure Park. The lack of a customer’s service did not make me feel appreciated and learned to research other adventure companies before better services. Nothing looks as it is advertised as I have seen that in Wildwood Adventure Park.
