This dental care center has incompetent staff who offer poor services. I can’t believe I let their online website fool me.
I recently moved to Los Angeles after a transfer. The city was amazing and everything in it. I particularly loved the peace and quiet I enjoyed in my apartment. After a few weeks, I developed a toothache and had to see a dentist immediately. I did not have much time to determine who the best dentist in Los Angeles. I looked for information available online, and this is how I came to learn about Wilshire Smile Studio. This particular center was well established and in good shape. The dentists had positive customer reviews, and so I decided to hire them.
I called to book an appointment, and to my surprise, there was no one to answer. I assumed they would call me later, but they did not. I tried sending a message through the live chat section on their website, but I didn’t get a reply. This was a sign of poor customer service, but since the clinic was close to my residence, I decided to visit without an appointment. I was disappointed to find a long queue. I tried to talk to the receptionist as my tooth was really hurting to see whether he could allow me to see the dentist immediately, but he said that was impossible. I begged him to at least get me a pain killer, but he insisted I should wait for my turn. This was very disappointing.
I queued for hours, hoping to get high quality services. I came to learn that this dental clinic was popular because they offered high quality services but simply because they had fair prices. No wonder there were such huge queues. Finally, it was my turn to see the dentist. The guy looked exhausted from serving the high number of clients. He was young, and I highly doubted whether he had any experience. However, I assumed a reputable center like Wilshire Smile Studio could not be having unqualified staff. After the diagnosis, the dentist recommended that we uproot the tooth as opposed to filling the tooth decay. I asked him whether it was possible to fill the tooth, but he said not at the moment since the head dentist was not around. I was left with no other option other but to comply.
The teeth removal process was extremely painful, and I highly doubt whether the dentist was qualified. He kept making irrelevant calls while serving me. This was a sign of incompetence. After a few minutes, he removed my left molar, but unfortunately, the tooth cracked, leaving a piece behind. The other part could only be removed by the head dentist who was out of the office. This was disappointing, and I asked to see the manager to raise a complaint. Unfortunately, the manager was out of the office. I was forced to visit another center to help fix the dentist’s mistake. I had the worst experience with Wilshire Smile Studio.
