My wife fell victim to a ‘miracle cream’ promoted by Dr. Oz on his television show. Besides the fact that the cream does not fulfill its promised effect, the web site was misleading, offering a ‘free sample’ with no strings attached, then asking for your credit card info before sending the ‘free sample’. The same did not contain an invoice and I only noticed the charge on the bank statemen a few days later. My wife immediately called the listed consumer conplaint numberand spoke with a man who called himself Travis H. He refused to refund her money and would not allow her to speak to his spuervisor. This is misleading, not only for the hyped product, but also because of the shady way they obtain and refuse to return your money. .
