Hello Kokila hain Unfortunately the problem was not because the tyre got punctured the problem is the driver never left to pick us up . Let me list down the problems which we faced throughout our journey and what behaviour was expected from you as our travel agent . 1)Problem no 1 was there was no transparency after we booked there was a change in meal plan and your attitude towards this was if we wish we could cancel our package (was this a solution or a rude attitude towards your customer infact your senior was ready to understand the mistake but you didn’t agree that it was a mistake from your end ).it was a burden of 5K for dinner exp Please note we had chosen your package and then booked are air tickets and after booking you tell us to cancel the package just because you dint want to accept your fault.We still ignored and went ahead with you. 2) We gave you reminders to provide us with driver details and finally got them 7.30 pm on the day when we had our flight, we asked multiple times will the driver arrive you were damn sure yes he will, we tried calling him he dint recieve, he called back after follow up with few other numbers where they mentioned why are we coordinating last moment (how are we suppose to coordinate earlier when we were never given any details before ) The driver when called was in his deep sleep when we landed Delhi, he mentioned he is at Terminal 1 when we had clearly shared that we will be at terminal 2 .(He said he will reach terminal 2 in fifteen mins he dint call us for more than 30 mins for which we called him back and he said the tyre was punctured we asked him so what next he said let me chck if somone can fix it ) There was no call for another 45 mins . Meanwhile we tried calling you (because you mentioned you will be available 24*7 if there is a problem please note these statements need to be practical because we were in a problem there need to somone who can give us solution ), We called one number(dnt know his name ) he said another number, called 3rd person he had no answer . Finally Pradeep was the only one who had courtesy to understand and was in constant follow up and touch . When he reached the driver (the driver was fast asleep and he never had left for airport, another driver was arranged thereafter 2 hours later after Pradeep reached the drivers place which is at 9.16 am in the morning ) SO PLEASE NO More stories of tyre being punctured . 3) We called you 3-4 times we understand you couldn’t recieve then, As a travel agent you should have some courtesy to call back as soon as you see so many missed calls and msgs from my end and on top of it you are discussing very calmly as though nothing big has happened (the problem is attitude and the way you’ll are dealing with a customer ) 4)the problems dint end here, we Reacehd Bhimtal last evening around 6 .When we reached her there was NO BOOKING on our name in the hotel . The manager here is much decent and had courtesy to arrange for a room temporarily where we were waiting for about 1-1.5 hour for another room which he arranged (again unfortunately when asked he said that our tours and travels have not cleared payment hence booking was not done infact he mentioned he has not recieved the payment yet ). 5)On the contrary i have been explained that the car can breakdown anytime and it’s not in anyone’s hands. Please let me tell you we are a frequent traveler . We always predict possibilities and make sure we have back up if we travel on our own. And after paying such a huge amount i expect that my travel should be smooth and hassle free I am not here to keep coordinating with you’ll . Infact I expect calls from your end to make sure everything is going well. I just don’t understand there was not even one call from your end. When you intend to serve people and make memories for people, please make sure you work hard to achieve that . Here we had planned this trip and was expecting it to be special but unfortunately it was very stressful and we are here wasting time in writing these emails of complaints for which the response is so casual . So hencforth I would need somone who looks into these customer services problems . Kindly escalate this to them so that I can explain this to people who want to understand or who look into resolving these queries which I have .

Hello. I bought a tour from this site www.xeniumholidays.com and it was nothing like described. We had some difficulties with our hotel room, it was in a terrible condition. We did not visit two places but in the description it was said that we will go there. I decided to order a tour because of their prices. XeniumHolidays would be great, but unfortunately they are highly unprofessional and cannot provide proper service.

I have booked a hotel via XeniumHolidays two times. And both times I have hired a driver via this site. I met the driver and told him that I need to go to the hotel and he did not know where it was! When I hired drivers I told XeniumHolidays that I want him to speak proper English, but both times my driver did not understand a word I said and it was impossible to communicate! I”m very disappointed with XeniumHolidays, they are very unprofessional and do not respect their customers!

I have booked tour to Gujrat from 27th Dec 2019 to 31st Dec 2019 with this tour operator. While confirming my tour booking I have shared my flight itinerary also with them but they are so casual to the planning that they booked my hotel without looking at my arrival and departure time. While raising my concern, they took almost seven days to correct it and that was also erroneous. While speaking to them it made me feel that they are very much interested to grab the money rathan to address my problem. I am really scared to have my tour with this company.

I have started my tour on 20th may 2017. From Xenium package Ms Zaveriya assist me and give assurance for fantastic tour. Before strart my tour she told me if u don”t like hotel at Gulmarg we will change immediately… When we reached to Gulmarg hotel Gulmarg Sahara was so dirty… I called Zaveriya from Xinum holidays &I talked about hotel Only first time she replied me afterwards she ignored my call We have spent our night compulsory over their … & they spoiled our tour So this is my humble request to all don”t book ur package with them Only at time of booking they talk very sweet afterwards nothing…
