I only worked a couple of days at blue spruce, and decided to quit due to the un-professionalism and general disorganization off this company and the way they run it. Yvonne Rego is a very mean individual who only cares about herself and will walk on anybody to get what she wants, then when she doesn’t she makes sure someone else pays for it. When i quit she made me and my friend, who started with me, take the blue Spruce shirts off and made us drive home without shirts. Literally taking the shirts off our backs and forcing us to drive home half naked. The blue Spruce rep lady who is visiting was using more volger language than a sailor while degrading reps who are to afraid to stand up for themselves, and to Yvonne. Jane I believe her name is. Her and Yvonne were made for eachother. Both happy to verbally abuse and degrade the wrong people for the wrong reasons without being able to listen to reason. Both lie and cheat to get their way, then throw huge fits when they don’t. All in all I highly suggest anyone who is thinking about working with this company to not. Unless they clean house and get rid of the infection named Yvonne, and are able to actually have a professional organization. .
