An order was placed on the 24th of November the payment has already been made and I have not received it yet.No one answers the help lines it rings for minutes and no one has the decency to at least reply to the multiple emails being sent. You’re sitting with people’s money and no products are being delivered. It would be much appreciated if you either refund everyone or at least tell us what is going on and we don’t want excuses like influx in Black Friday orders or load shedding. I am disgusted by Zandos absolute disregard for customer service. They want to run massive black Friday and Christmas campaigns, yet they don”t have the infrastructure and efficiencies to execute on the expectations they set. I ordered a number of items on the 24th November, used a voucher I had to pay most of it and the difference with my credit card. I was emailed to say 3-5 bus days, and then again emailed to say 5-7 bus days. On business day 7 I called in as my order still only showed as received (not processed) on 4 Dec. They then stated that my delivery time lines changed to 7-9 bus days and I should have received an email. She then assured me they are trying their best to have this delivered by the 7th. On the 6th I got an email that one of the items I ordered was out of stock, and they gave me a refund of R6. After calling in and holding for another 30 mind to speak to yet another incompetent consultant. I was promised I would receive the correct refund and then also receive an escalation path to help my expedite the order of my replacement item. Fast forward to today, The new voucher gives errors, no escalation path received, still waiting for the manager to call me back. Always on another call and never calls back. So I”m out of the item I wanted for my holiday plus no refund. Still to date have not received my original order. I love online shopping but incompetence like this is will cause customers back to Malls. I bought a sweater, in any shop rules will be you can exchange within 2-3 days, if no size or item available on same brand, you can exchange it with another but if higher price pay more if lower no refund. But Zando, the rule on sale says: exchange only with size and color item. When I was about to exchange them, there was no available size that I want. But I found one on samw rack 50% off, lower price than what I paid but refuse to exchange for me. says it was their rule. Is there any trade government rules in Cambodia about exchange? There must be so called standard rule. Like what lawyers I have asked said, the company has to change it, as long receipt is there and tag is still on clothes and if no size, can exchange. but refusing. I wonder if government on trade or ministry of trade has its own regulation. These staffs at Zando are stupid, going around the bush. and if ever you ask about size, o no… nothing . ask customer assistance, you be getting reply every 3 hours and still cant help you. Zando BKK 1 and all over cambodia got lots of complaints about rude staffs, guards, not attending customers properly and poor customer service. I say, the zando management or owner has to remove this. They dont have control No one allows to bring in the fitting room more than 5 clothes at time for security purpose. But zando staff doesnt care because most of those are their friends who can just maybe put in their bags and ran off. and no one is looking. Their staff busy on their facebooks, chatting non sense. One sweater will not make me anything. But will make the world know that Zando will one day close its doors because of bad feedbacks and loses because of poor security and staff . Good luck.

I had ordered an item from zando. An email was sent to me to state that the item would be delivered between Wednesday (18 July 2018) and Friday (20 July 2018). All I was given was an order number and no actual tracking number to track my order. I had arranged with someone to wait for 3 whole days to collect the order, but it did not arrive and neither did I receive a response to say that my item would be delayed or when I could expect it. The following Monday, the delivery guys show up at the given address with the order, without telling me that they would be coming on that Monday, but at this point there was no person to collect the order, after speaking to the delivery guy on the phone, I was told that they would try to deliver the item the next day(Tuesday), however no item gets delivered and I had to contact zando to be told that it would not be delivered on that day, nevertheless I had asked them to please inform me on when it could be delivered. Someone had contacted me to say it would be delivered the next day (Wednesday) I had told the guy to please give me a time line as to when to expect it as I cannot expect someone to be sitting in the house the entire day wondering if they were going to show up or not. I was told that the item would come in the afternoon but again, they show up at the address early in the morning without informing me . . . I completely understand that delivery cannot always be exactly on time, but I is absolutely ridiculous to expect a customer to be cancel their life for 4 whole days wondering whether or not they would be getting their item, the customer service was horrific, the response from the company was terrible, I have ordered many things online, and not a single company has given me such a terrible service in terms of delivery, a simple thing such as informing the customer that the item would not be coming on the initial stipulated date and then specifying a new date could have helped in avoiding this entire situation.

I have ordered from Zando several times. The first time went smoothly and I was happy with my purchases. Ever since, however, I have been disgusted with their level of customer service. My parcels keep getting delayed, I didn’t receive discount coupons in the promised 24 hours. They are ridiculously slow at responding to emails. My latest order took more than two weeks to arrive, and then it arrived without one of the items. On the app, the item’s status is ‘delivered’. I emailed the next day and am still waiting for a response. Also, much of the information in their product descriptions is incorrect. I ordered a pair of shoes online and made payment within the specified time frame, when I queried a week later about delivery I was advised the order was cancelled due to them having the last one which was damaged. I was credited. The item was again in stock on the website which I used my credits to purchase it and yet again after a few days the item was cancelled again and a credit was automatically applied. Nobody informed me that it was cancelled and why it was cancelled. Shortly thereafter the item was available on the website. I was given a r100 voucher for the inconvenience because there was a delay in “delivery”. That does not make up for the pathetic service I received.

I ordered a pair of shoes, a scarf and a hang bag from Zando and paid for the items towards the end of June. However, upon delivery 2 days later, I only received the shoes and the scarf. No handbag in sight. I immediately called them and they said their system says the bag was delivered but they will make an enquiry. Since then, 2 weeks down the line, they keep telling me they have sent an email to the supplier and that I should get feedback by the end of the day. It has been the same story everyday and this was quite a price handbag so the least they can do is give me my money back. They don’t even call me, I have to keep phoning them and some of the agents are so rude, they just hang up on me. This has to be the worst online customer service I have ever received. I ordered boots on the 10/07/2019 at 08.54am, and paid an extra amount for 2 day delivery. I then received an email confirmimng the shipping on tghe same day at 15:02. My delivery was supposed to take place on the 12/07/2019 and nothing arrived, no communication either. I ordered my item on the 7th October, once delivered it was in fact the incorrect item. I then reported it, after much backwards and forwards of communication. I was requested to submit pictures of the item I received. Which I did. I was then told sorry policy is that we have to arrange a collection of this item, once it arrives at our warehouse, they will inspect it and then they will then arrange to have my correct item delivered. One of their customer staff, Yulin Arendse advised that he/she was investigating the disappearance of my order yet despite several reminders his/her responses have been intermittent, few and far-in-between. All he/she keeps on telling me is that he/she is expecting an internal e-mail response from their Warehouse as if I ordered e-mails! I ordered two items from Zando on 29 November, and I have still not received it by 11 December, almost two weeks later. This despite sending them three emails and calling their helpline, where I had to hold for thirteen minutes before someone answered the phone. I was told I would receive the items by the next week and I am still waiting. To date, NO ONE has replied to the three emails I sent. I will not be ordering anything from Zando again. They clearly have no idea about customer care. From now on it is Superbalist for me all the way – they are efficient, quick with deliveries, keep you up to date constantly and their refunds are super-fast.

I placed an order on Sun, Dec 16 and made sure all the items were listed as in stock. I”m going away for holiday on Monday 24th Dec and won”t be back for 3 weeks. So I want to use their 3 Hour Delivery option stated below: Must have your order today? R80 will ensure delivery of your order to your door within 3 hours. Only certain Cape Town areas qualify, and orders must be placed before 15:00 on a working week day. Not available for Pay In Store, COD and EFT payment options. I”ve tried calling their call center a few times but there is no answer. I have logged a return for the one parcel they marked as delivered and now it won’t move past the processing the return. They are not doing anything to help but ignoring the client their behaviour is completely unethical and wrong that they should be treating customers in such a way. Since thier upgrade which took longer than it was supposed to was done they have really dropped the ball with customer service. today the calls to the call center keep dropping I have sent another email to them today. I just want to return the products and get my money back in full. I will not be supporting them again. I am waiting almost a month to confirm my order and get my money back from them. I purchased a boot last year while it was on special, it is a winter boot. As winter arrived this year, i started wearing the boot. I got basically 4wears out of the shoe before the stitching came loose. It was collected, and i was told that it was wear and tear. Which ultimately means that the boot has a life span of 4wears? Not to mention the shoe which I had also gotten from Zando this year, the heel was a problem. Because I had already sent the boot back, I thought that i would rather take it to my shoe maker, of which my shoemaker told me that it cannot be fixed because the heel itself is faulty. Customer service is a waste of time, including Ameer, one of the people who responded to me… but only to confirm that their shoes have a limited lifetime. I will no longer purchase from Zando ever again. Their quality has been downgraded, and i will ensure to pass this message on to all. Dont be scammed by their quality

I requested a refund from Zando ([protected]) on 4 September 2019 and 8 days later no one has contacted me to arrange for a collection of my item. I have made 2 inquiries to Zando’s call centre already and every time they just say they will follow up with an email. This is very pathetic service and no one seems to care to sort out the problem and in the meantime I am stuck with an item I cannot use.
