Email content as follows: Dear Sir, Ma’am, I received a MINIX NEO U9-H Amlogic S912-H Android 6.0.1 Streaming TV Box 2G+16G with Plug Type AU on Mon 29 Jan 18. Reference my Shipment #[protected] for Order #[protected]. The TV box does not boot completely and hangs saying no signal input. I have spent two days on the Minix user forum page but to no avail. I understand that these things happen but I am extremely disappointed as I have spent a considerable amount of money on this item and it doesn’t work. Please send me another TV box that works or a full refund, including postage. I look forward to further correspondence from you. 4.
