I decided to try a television service that was not a major carrier. I wanted to run with a little guy and see if I could save some money at the same time. This iptv service “Zazeen” what absolutely terrible from the beginning. Bad picture, it had very little HD, the picture was not even fit to the screen on most channels. Overall it was a horrible service. They offer a “30 day free trail” which ended up being a total scam. The only problem is that when you call to cancel they tell you to email support to get a cancellation. Then you wait for their response to inform you where to send your hardware (set top box) in order to get a refund. This email never comes, and when I called back to inquire after 5 days, they acted confused when I read them the ticket number and the told me that they would call me back. I waited another week for this call and then called back.At which point, my “30 day free trial” was up. Now I owe for the boxes and the shipping as well as next month’s service. WHAT A SCAM! Don’t ever even consider buying this service. They are a horrible company. Thanks. Patrick
