Mister Epperson, Asked me to design his website for him to his desire,and in return mr epperson was to provide me with an IMASD membership in value of over $2500.00. After designing mr eppersons website surplus.cc,I wiated months for him to deliver what he had promised. I had asked him the status of this promise periodically,and mr epperson just kept beating around the bush. Mr epperson has wasted my time,and I would like the world to know that he is a LIAR. Needless to say Mr epperson hasnt delivered what was promised,and His excuse is always the same. Mr epperson operates a website that exposes fraud on the internet. I Guess this was a takes one to know one circumstance. I hope mr epperson learns a valuable lesson from this,and doesnt keep scamming people into doing work for free.
