Longyue xu of Dragon Technology Ltd. refused to refund payment on a known defective print head device. The device was advertsed through Aliexpress.com and was supose to be new part but knowningly shipped a used defective part broken in 2 places. They operate under many different names, when I received the part is was from chen ju at isscx.com another company known for rip offs. All of these companies are presently under investigation by several agencies. I have spent large sums of money contacting government agencies and legal consultation and related expenses and would like to file legal recourse to recover my money and expenses I incurred. If anyone reads this I would suggest you don’t purchase from these companies, I thank you for public support and Ripoff Scams for the help you have given to consumers. Note: These companies have thousands of complaints for misrepresention, why does the government and Intelpol allow them to operate or even allow them to export product to UK and USA, just how many complaints before they do something other then sent out letters, they individauls are criminals and should be jailed.
