Ordered a common part on 09 / 05 / 05. Credit card was charged immediately ($113.50). Was told by saleman that part would arrive 5-10 days. 4 weeks later, no parts. Called toll-free number on 09 / 28 / 05. Was directed to TOLL number for inquiries about order tracking. Person on phone did a tap dance and explained that their was a mix-up on my order and that I should call back in “5 days”” for a tracking number. I looked up S&J online and found numerous complaints on Ripoff Scams.com similar to mine. Suspect that I’ll never see my part and will have to dispute the charge on my credit card.
