I had a horrible experience with this guy, Jerry has a very nice personality with you when he first deals with you as a new customer. But as soon as you agree to let him work on your car that’s when everything changes. He gives you a reasonable quote on your vehicles reapairs and then wants payment up front. He will only do this to you after he has your car and keys in his possession. Once you agree to pay up front for the repairs he starts with all of his planned suprises. He’ll start calling you and saying he found new problems and now the reapairs are sveral hundreds more! At the end of his BS and collecting money he tells me it looks like your transmission is not repairable and recomends that I replace it instead. He then quotes me double the original price and my car is no longer driveable? Keep in mind that my car was drivable before I took it to his shop it would just go into safe mode which is a lower gear after driving for more than 20 miutes. At the end I had to go to his shop with a tow truck and also had to call the police so he would hand over my keys. My car was a complete mess and the transmission was in pieces! I would not and could not ever recomend using this shop as long as Jerry Marks is involved in my opinion this guy is not honest and is only interested in digging deep into your pockets!
