This experience has been with one of those operators who think this people are naive, don’t do enough research before buying a big ticket item and can be manipulated by bad business practices. We looked through an advertisement for a premiun car worth 28k (on a well -known internet site) and found a vehicle which was had a price close to the suggested KBB and NADA values. I took my faimily (my wife and one and a half year old son) all the way from south / central jersey to north jersey to look at the vehicle. I had talked to Arthur earlier with an appointment of around 6pm. When we reached there, I called company’s registered number. The person who picked-up said I just missed Arthur and told us to wait in the parking lot and look at the car. He said he will be there in about 10 minutes. That person came in a toyota camry and tried to explan that the someone had already wired the money for that vehicle and that if I was interested he could give a different vehicle (with less options) or the same vehicle for a little more money – I was taken aback. He said that Arthur had already left a message on my number that the car had been sold (on my phone number), but when I checked my message – it was from Arthur asking my whereabouts, and he was waiting for us. That person also said that he will be able to do something if I took financing from him – this in a parking lot where Sylena Motor name was nowhere to be seen. Later he said that the car was about 2k extra and that someone had forgot to mention that in the ad – all to fleece more money out of us. I had printed out the advertisement before going there showed it to him. Later I saw a statement was added to the ad – *This price does not include the $1999 down payment*. I did not speak to him much and said that they were playing a unfair game and returned back. Stay away from this company. It is not worth your time to even visit the address. You WILL thank me.
