On june 19 this year I purchased a 2003 ford van on E-Bay motors that as far as I knew was from a private seller. When the van was delivered it was damaged not only from transport but damage I did not know about at the time I bought it. Come to find out the seller was selling the vehicle as part of his job duties at teepix. After several calls and put offs I filed a complaint with the BBB of florida and when teepix answered the complaint they now state the van was as listed on ebay and refuse to make any adjustment to me. This in spite of the fact that I sent them pictures and an estimate for repair. When I purchased the vehicle, it was in good faith that I would be treated the same way that I treated the seller. wrong. I paid the asking price, I trusted the photos on ebay to be accurate, and what I got was a vehicle with a cracked windshield and a roof so scrapped and rusted that water leaks into the cargo area everytime it rains.
