Thank God Telacu is rolling up thier carpet with HACLA ! After 2 years of tourment its finally over, My Wife heard this from one of TELACUS employees. That after the 1st of the Year Hacla will be seeking a new property management company to take over day to day operations. And not a moment too soon apparently We are not the only building that is not happpy with the level of professionalism and inteligence of TELACUS staff. A Manager thet never shows up a maintinence person thats more intrested in a booty call than painting the same thing over and over again with the wrong type of paint. A President that likes to bully Her staff and Her Tennants a Socail Worker that has enough work at the office to keep him busy untill His pension kicks in. And Most of all we still have ROY
