Report Filed: Tenergy All- Battery (Andy) Flatly refused me a replacement of 6 AAA rechargeable batteries that have never been used but they said were out of warranty. Fremont California!!
On 11/22/14 I purchased from All-Battery a 8 bay smart AA/AAA charger + 4 cards (16 pcs) Centura AAA rechargeable batteries and 3 4packs of Tenergy Premium 1000mAh rechargeable batteries. I bought these multiple packs so I would have batteries when needed while others were charging. I ended up getting 2 different remotes for tv that reqired 4 AAA bateries each. I went and opened two new packs of the premium batteries and out of 8 only 2 registered on the charger, the other 6 were completely dead. I called all-batery and spoke with a guy named Andy and he said flatly that they were out of warranty and there was nothing he could do. I told him that these were never used and that I had just opened the pack and he didn’t care because it was beyond 90 days. Now they sell there batteries in multiple packs and they have to know everyone is not going to use all right a way. I told him I didn’t want my money just a replacement of usable batteries, again he said no. He also went on to say that the batteries should be charged at least once a month. I asked where it said that on any package and he said it don’t, I asked how I would to do that if it’s not on anything and I got no answer form him. I also told him that on the packaging it says batteries will hold a charge from 6 months to a year so why would someone keep on charging them when they don’t need it. I don’t want any money, I just want 6 Tenergy Premium AAA 1000mAh bateries replaced with ones that work. I paid money for a product that was faulty and want it made right.
