I bought a treo phone which was advertised as mint.Nothing is further from the truth. I was sold a piece of junk. The only thing that worked was the phone. The buttons were loose,the screen scratched the lights flickered, no internet connection. Basically the phone is useless to me. Every time I plugged the charger in, the phone shut off. I asked for a refund and I was told there were no refunds.So I sent that phone back, only to receive one in the same. So I gave the company a negative feedback because at this point I was fed up. I wrote Mr. Tetro an e-mail to which Mr. tetro replied by threatening me. He marked the item on ebay as unpaid. He also told me that if I did not reverse that feed back I would be retaliated against. Do not buy anything from this crook. His merchandise as far as I’m concerned is garbage. I agree with Mike. These people should not run a business. I guess they forgot the term “The customer is always right””. I hope Mike will be successful in removing this company from ebay. Cheech whitestone
