Do not do business with this unethical shady business. I paid $300 for detailing services back in October 2013. It has taken me this long to write a review because I was hoping and waiting for justice to be served. However, now I realize it will never happen. Two employees of The Sud Studs, Inc. came out to my auntu2019s home in Atlanta, October 2013. They spilled a chemical on my leather seat and discolored it. They called the owner, Jake Franco, on the phone. Jake stated he would repair the damage. I live in South Georgia. Via email correspondence Jake agreed to repair my seat when I returned to the Atlanta area. We scheduled a date in December 2013. I waited at the agreed location for an hour. No one showed up. I called Jake, he stated the person called in sick. We rescheduled for the next day. The next day I waited 30 minutes, again no show. I called Jake again. He stated he had to let that person go. He informed me to get the seat repaired from a third party and send a bill. I went back home to South GA, got an estimate, sent it and never heard back from Jake again. I took Jake Franco owner of The Sud Studs, Inc. to Fulton County Magistrate Court in September 2014 and won my case despite the fact that the registered agent of The Sud Studs, Inc. and attorney are one in the same, the father of Jake Franco, Lenny Franco. Lenny Franco, by profession is an attorney. To date (05/07/16), I have not received payment despite numerous attempts. I feel as though I will never receive payment because the owneru2019s father is a lawyer. I have spent more money in legal fees than my awarded judgment amount at this point. I warn anyone contemplating conducting business with The Sud Studs, Inc. to find a business with a higher standard of morals, whom values their customers and doesnu2019t leave people worse off than where they started.
